After several screening rounds, the Miss World Philippines organization finally came with 45 aspirants who will comprise this year's batch of official candidates.

Miss World Poland 2021 Karolina Bielawska was crowned the 70th Miss World winner at the culmination of a slow-paced production from the Coca-Cola Music Hall in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Miss World 2021: Karolina Bielawska from Poland won the title of international beauty pageant Miss World 2021. Indian-American Shree Saini from the United States bagged the first runner-up title.
