A major Roblox hack has returned in a new form, causing innocent players to face bans as they enter and play games designed to trigger an exploit within the platform.

Hackers are taking Roblox credentials leaked on Pastebin, accessing accounts, and leaving the same "Ask your parents to vote for Trump this year" message on thousands of Roblox profiles.

Roblox has more users than the entire world population - 8,228,760,226+ accounts in total. Some accounts may not be valid or in use, possibly including bots, alts, and terminated accounts.

According to PC Gamer, the breach contains personal information from people who attended the Roblox Developer Conference between 2017-2020.

“We thought our new 'Hack-A-Cat' game was a unique opportunity to inspire interest in cybersecurity for a younger audience using Roblox,” said Stu Sjouwerman, CEO of KnowBe4.
