Meet Roz (Rosemarie Mountford), from Burslem. Roz has skills. She’s a transferrer working on Burleigh ware at Middleport Pottery. She followed her mum into the pottery industry back in the 1980s, starting as a lithographer at Royal Doulton. Now Roz is one of just 11 people at Burleigh who have this ages-old skill.
