Why Concord Christmas parade went on as scheduled despite shooting that occurred night before

Sports reporter Alexander Rapp shared his favorite thing to cover this year: state championships. He especially loved chronicling the Concord boy's hockey team's win over Bishop Guertin in March. It took the Crimson Tide 31 shots to win the game, sending it into quadruple overtime and becoming the longest championship game in NHIAA history.
