Holiday Cookie Baking 101 DO’s: DO chill your dough at least 24 hours to set the dough DO underbake your cookies. They will set up as they cool and will be crispy on the outside and gooey in the middle DO turn your cookies halfway through baking DO tap them on the counter when they come out of the oven DO finish with @maldonsalt DO cool them on a cooling rack DONT’s: Don’t bake your dough immediately Don’t over bake your cookies!
