Yamaha VF250 custom installation on a OMC Seadrive bracket. Customer wanted a new motor and did not want a pod or a flotation bracket installed and wanted to stick with the original mount. So i removed the old motor and modified the bracket to accept the VF250 motor mounts. I had to completely disassemble the new motor to remove the factory bracket and swivel.
