FDNY Fire Marshals have arrested Nicholas Leobold, age 50, for vandalizing an American flag that was proudly displayed on an FDNY ambulance in Manhattan. The incident took place on Friday, January 25, at approximately 2:30 in the afternoon when the ambulance was parked on Second Avenue and East 9th Street in the unit’s response area. When the Paramedics returned to the ambulance, they found the flag had been cut in two and thrown on the street. Leobold has been charged with criminal mischief. |
