ATF’s National Center for Explosives Training and Research (NCETR) in Huntsville, Ala., hosted a Post Blast Investigation Techniques course recently for local, state and federal partners. A systematic method of investigating an explosives incident is created during training to be consistent across the country. NCETR is a 27-acre facility that conducts explosive training on more than 1,000 acres of explosives ranges, and houses 83,500 square feet of administrative, laboratory, classroom, training
