The Crown Fire in Acton has rapidly grown to 250 acres, prompting evacuation orders as winds push the flames toward nearby structures in Los Angeles County.

As of 9:40 p.m. on Sunday, March 30, the North Carolina Forest Service's interactive map shows the wildfire to be 140 acres and 0% contained. It also shows another 45-acre fire in Wilkes County, 15% contained.
