Raw corn situation is crazy… One thing I didn’t get to mention in the video that a lot of people may be wondering about is that if you get immature lotus seeds at just the right time, you don’t need to remove the green embryo on the inside. I call this the “perfect stage”. It can be difficult to find them just right, but you get the hang of it the more you forage this wild and incredible food.
