*Tartlets base Recipe* Ingredients: 250g Salted Butter 450-500g Plain Flour 1 tbsp Ghee 1 Full Egg 1 Egg Yolk Food colouring Methods: 1. Heat the butter until it's melted 2. While leaving it to cool, sieve the flour 3. Add : Melted butter, Ghee, Food colouring & eggs. 4. Turn on the mixer at low speed. Gradually to Medium speed. 5. Add the flour gradually into the mixer. 6. Mould it into the desired dough. And roll them. Heating methods: Half bake- 15 minutes at 180° Full bake- 30minutes at 180°
