What's your favourite drawer slides ? I use the one from Wurth, soft close, push to open, 4D adjustable, I can't say it's easy to install but once you're use to, and you made few jigs, it's easy, give them a try they are not more expensive than others. | PSE Creation

What a mess... your tools deserve attention, that's how you can do, it's very easy Flat lay all your tools in the drawer, take a picture from above, then with your favorite CAD - CAM software draw the lines around each tools, then carve it. It's done. CNC : Mekanika Pro M Tools : available at Sautershop | PSE Creation

Trying to modify the structure of IKEA furniture is the worst idea ever, but if you really need to, here is the way to do it, first of all be aware, you gonna find a lot of nothing inside (that explain the price gap with bespoke and handcrafted furniture's). Second, you need to fill the nothing with something, it's just a kind of bearing plate, that will allow your fasteners to be screwed in something. Then it should be ok 👍 Now my thoughts about that industry furniture business, you believe it

Don't ask for STL !! Miter gauge has always been a nightmare for me, now on my PCS Sawstop equipped with a sliding table, it's easy life, I just need to find the way to clamp down the piece securely on the sliding table, this way no need to worry about mini offset when pushing heavy pieces. This attempt is definitely not the final version, I need to find a way to make it swing left and right. If you made something like that or if you've seen something like that tell me. Fun fact - can you run a cnc vacuum table with a photovoltaic system ? Yes absolutely but you need to have a big battery and sun 😂. My system is able to produce enough to operate a garage woodworkshop from 9h in the morning to 15h afternoon, no need " Sun", luminosity is enough to produce 3 or 4 kWh , it allows to power the machine and when they are off it loads my battery system. And that's very cool 👍 Now I am going to carefully read all next machines power characteristics to find the one th

Showcasing tools the right way makes all the difference. To get precise silhouettes of any tool, try this method: set up a flat lay on a measured plate, take an overhead photo, and bring it into your preferred software. Draw the plate's outline, then carefully trace the tool's shape, and carve it out. Easy peasy. | PSE Creation

That's the time you need to unbox your new BambuLab P2S, if you're as I am, excited to use a new machine, without spending hours to install all parts together, this brand is for you. Also as you may remember I already own one 3d printer, the X1C, if you want to know the difference between both, stay tuned, follow me and share to someone that would love to know as well. But please, don't expect too much from me a detailed review between them, I am only going to run quality and speed test, that's

I never give up !! Yesterday you gave me a lot of different idea to do the stripes, but I wanted to make it with my initial idea, because I was convinced that it should work, I did it again and now I would say it's acceptable, the Osmo hard wax oil is a perfect finish for this awesome test 🥰, look how the stripes and wood pops, I love it 😍. | PSE Creation

Do you know this glue ? Use it when your assembly must be very strong or when your joinery is a bit too loose, the glue will expand and fill the voids 👌. Did you also known that this reaction is made because of the wood moisture ? Available at Sautershop | PSE Creation

Take care with Domino, if your machine is not properly adjusted you're going to carve through the wood... I always use a piece of miter cut to control and adjust the plunge depth, and then i reduce the domino length if needed. Other very important point is the accuracy of your miter cuts, my Sawstop masters at it, and the slinging table make the cutting motion really easy and soft. Then a couple of Bessey to clamp the Sautershop assembly square and that's it. | PSE Creation

This is not a defect in the wood, it's nature. Don't try to hide it, emphasise it, give character to your creations. Am the proper way to stabilise and fill that wood crack is to fill it with black Titebond wood filler, sand it down and then finish it. For us Sautershop sells the whole titebond products, go check it out 🥰 | PSE Creation

What I am doing on My Sawstop can't be reversed, downsizing, includes shortening the main frame support, the fence guide, it's allowed , so no warranty issues, but do it only if you're sure about it. But why ? Left extension table is great, solide casted steel, very flat, but once you get the sliding table you don't really need it anymore , the sliding table is wide enough, initial configuration was accurate enough, but now it reduces the friction contact, it will be easier to push the sliding t

Enjoy, have fun and hater's welcome. - tilt your saw blade between 10 and 15 degrés - first pass 30 or 40 mm -second pass at the maximum high -break the bevel -use you favourite hand plane to finish the job. 🏴 Real woodworkers does not use only one saw blade, every cut direction requires a tooth shape, it's the same for everything, even if it's possible you don't drive on snow with summer tires, you don't cook noodles in the microwave... so you should cut your wood with the right saw blade. Believe me time is relative, because at the end, it costs you few minutes to switch blade, but no need to sand down cutting marks and tear out 👍. 🇩🇪 Echte Tischler verwenden nicht nur ein Sägeblat

The secret to be efficient ? Grab the tools that help you, the tools that are high quality, grab the tools you need, long life cutting router bits from Freud, a corner jig from Sautershop, are highly recommended if you want to produce more than 10 cutting boards per day, without spending time to sand down the burning marks or try to correct a corner radius per hand... that's why I can sell my cutting boards under 100 € each, I am efficient 😘. 🇩🇪 Das Geheimnis der Effizienz?
