Today we have an engagement worthy cake coming your way! I used fondant and gel food colours to achieve the shades shown in this video. You can however buy fondant that has been pre-coloured. Sometimes this is be best way to go- if you suddenly find yourself running out of fondant, it is close to impossible to achieve that exact same shade again, whereas the pre-coloured fondant is stock standard, precise to the colour hue (usually). Get to know.... This is not Teal COLOUR.. Its Turquoise ... Teal and Turquoise are often used interchangeably, they are not the same color. Teal is a darker, cooler shade of blue-green that is more blue than green, while Turquoise is a brighter, more vibrant shade that is closer to green. So I achieved this Turquoise Colour on Fondant with My Excellent Blend Leaf Green and Sky Blue Colour Powder. Yes you can also achieve with Excellent Blend Colour Pastes too.
